As ProMach's President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Anderson provides strategic leadership for ProMach and manages all corporate and board functions. He also guides ProMach's initiatives for acquisitions, helping deliver long-term growth to the organization. Along with other members of the senior management team, Mr. Anderson is focused on strengthening ProMach's position as the leader in packaging machinery value for its customers.
Before joining ProMach Mr. Anderson served as Vice President and General Manager of Tyler Refrigeration, a division of Carrier Corporation. At Tyler, he was instrumental in rapidly increasing sales over a three year period and continually improving operations through lean manufacturing processes. Before that he served as Vice President, Operations for Cooper Crouse-Hinds, a leading provider of commercial electrical products. Mr. Anderson began his career as a Manufacturing and Systems engineer at Caterpillar, Inc. and has held several senior engineering and management positions in the electrical products and switchgear industries.
Mr. Anderson earned his M.B.A and Masters in Manufacturing degrees from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mr. Anderson is currently the Immediate Past Chairperson on the Board of Directors for PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.
