During his 27-year career in the packaging industry he also held senior level management and sales and marketing positions with such firms as SWF Companies and GD Package Machinery, Inc. Williams, a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering.
