MILWAUKEE, WI — Federal Manufacturing, powered by ProMach, announces the hiring of John Oliaro as the company’s new operations manager. Oliaro moves from ProMach sister company Fowler Products in Athens, Georgia, to Federal. The Federal engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing groups will report to Oliaro.
Oliaro joined Fowler Products in 1996 as a mechanical design engineer. He moved through increasingly responsible positions at Fowler, with his most recent as projects and operations manager. Frank Johanek, vice president and general manager at Federal, notes that while at Fowler Oliaro made significant contributions in the development and execution of Fowler’s machinery projects management.
“John’s technical abilities, leadership, and communications skills were instrumental in helping Fowler achieve the excellent project fulfillment reputation it enjoys among its customers,” said Johanek. “Those skills, coupled with the operations management experience he has gained will allow John to contribute significantly to Federal Manufacturing, which joined ProMach in August, 2012.”
