A Wisconsin resident, Kapp worked most recently as a Senior Account Manager at Flexo-Graphics, a label company in Milwaukee. He has been successful in a variety of sales and management positions, including more than ten years with American Printing Company, where he earned multiple awards for his role as Business Development Manager. A past President of Sales & Marketing Executives of Madison, Kapp has also served on the group’s Board of Directors for five years.
